01Who is responsible for your data

02What we collect from customers
For an account: your name and mobile number and, if you give them, your e-mail and photo. For a booking: the services you chose, the address and location of the property, the property type and size you entered, the date and time, and any note you add. Messages you send us through the website.
03What we collect from professionals
If you apply to join our team: your name, photo, mobile number, the work you do, the area you work in, identity documents (Aadhaar and PAN), bank details for payments, and — while you use the professional panel — your location, so that bookings near you can be offered to you.
04Location
The website reads your location only after you allow it, to fill in the address of the property. You can type the address instead.
05What the technician sees
The technician assigned to your booking sees what the visit needs: your name, the services, the date and time, the address and your note, and a way to reach you. Your number is not shown to anyone else.
06Why we hold it
To take and run your booking, to assign a technician, to contact you about the visit, to resolve a complaint, to prevent misuse, and to keep the records the law requires.
07Who else receives it
Only the services that make the website work, and only what each needs: our hosting provider, the providers that send our SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail messages, and a payment gateway if you pay online. We do not sell your data. We disclose data to a government authority only when the law requires it.
08Payments
If you pay online, you enter your card, net-banking or UPI details only on the payment gateway's secure page or inside your own UPI app — we never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We keep the payment reference, amount, time and status.
09Marketing
We send offers or reminders only to people who agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by writing to us. Messages about your booking keep coming, because you need those.
10How long we keep it
Your account and saved addresses are kept while you use the website and deleted when you delete your account. Booking, payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and are then deleted. The record of your consent (date, time and IP address) is kept as proof for as long as those records are. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.
11Deleting your account
See the Delete your account page (tjfoundationindia.com/delete-account/) or write to us. A deleted account cannot be restored.
12Your rights
Write to tjfoundationindia@gmail.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, withdrawal of a consent you gave, or deletion of your account and its data. We reply within a few working days.
13Children
Bookings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we delete it.
14Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, access is limited to the people who need it, and passwords are never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects you, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
16Grievances

17Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the new version applies from then.
